Launch of servers and software for both internal staff and external partners over 2 days. 200 delegates per day.
Bespoke set with a width of 50ft and a maximum ceiling height of 12ft.
The set was designed to gain maximum visibility with a restricted ceiling height. The set was finished in black and white gloss PVC and dressed using 3D corporate branding.
The set was lit using a 30 lamp solution which included MAC 250's, Pixel lines, Pixel Par's and source four's.
In addition to the main room we also set 6 breakout rooms which included a 2 speaker PA system, projector and microphones.
Content included video and PowerPoint.
