ShowState originated in 2003 with a driven desire to offer high end, high value technical and creative solutions to meet the ever increasing boundaries of the technological and corporate communications industry.


Originally created as a technical communications partner heavy investment was made into ensuring that at ShowState we had the best the industry had to offer in both personnel and technical equipment.

Before long our conference and live events division was reaping the rewards of our flexible, customised and cost effective event solutions.

After endless referals from existing clientele and numerous requests from local hotels and conference centres the equipment hire division was created in 2004. Offering the same high standards and flexible tailored event solutions the equipment hire division was designed specifically to meet the day to day needs of hotels and conference venues within the region. Within this division high specification audio visual equipment is combined with superior customer service, a unique technical support structure and a ‘can do’ approach to all situations.
